7. הנהלה
(א)לרשות הנחל תהיה הנהלה בת אחד עשר חברים, ביניהם נציג השר להגנת הסביבה, נציג רשות הניקוז, נציג עיריית באר שבע, נציג הקרן הקיימת לישראל ושני נציגי ציבור.
(ב)חברי ההנהלה ימונו בידי השר מבין חברי המועצה לאחר שקיים התייעצות עם המועצה.
(ג)תוקף מינוי חברי ההנהלה יהיה לשלוש שנים.
