7. תחילת תוקף
צו זה יקבל תוקף ביום 1 בינואר, 1940:
בתנאי ששום דבר האמור בצו זה אין לראותו כאילו הוא פוגע בכל תביעה או משפט שהוגש כחוק לפני התאריך הנ״ל.
