Section 5 of תקנות עבודת הנוער (בדיקות רפואיות), התש״ס–2000, חובת המעביד להפנות לבדיקות רפואיות.
5. חובת המעביד להפנות לבדיקות רפואיות
(א)על המעביד להפנות את הנער אל מוסד רפואי מוסמך לשם עריכת הבדיקות הרפואיות האמורות בתקנות 2 ו־3 שיבוצעו במקומות ובמועדים שיורה המוסד הרפואי המוסמך.
(ב)הנער חייב להתייצב, לצורך עריכת הבדיקות הרפואיות כאמור, במוסד הרפואי המוסמך בימים ובמועדים האמורים; האפוטרופוס של הנער יחתום על ויתור על סודיות רפואית למוסד הרפואי המוסמך, לפי הנוסח שבתוספת השניה.
(ג)הזמן הדרוש לשם ביצוע הבדיקות הרפואיות ייחשב לנער כחלק משעות עבודתו.
