בתוקף סמכותי לפי סעיף 3 לחוק מס קניה (טובין ושירותים), התשי״ב–1952, ובאישור מוקדם של הכנסת, אני מצווה לאמור:

טובין המהווים מערכת להפעלת מכשיר גז כשהם מותקנים במבנה הם טובין טעוני מס.
