1. הגדרות
בצו זה –
”נחל הקישון“ או ”הנחל“ – כמסומן במפה בקנה מידה 1:50,000 המופקדת לעיון הציבור במשרד איגוד ערים חיפה לאיכות הסביבה ובמשרד לאיכות הסביבה, מחוז חיפה (להלן – המפה);
”השר“ – השר לאיכות הסביבה.
