10. הנהלת רשות הנחל
(א)הנהלת רשות הנחל (להלן – ההנהלה) תהיה בת תשעה חברים.
(ב)חברי ההנהלה ימונו בידי השר מבין חברי המועצה, ובלבד שבכל הרכב שימונה יהיו חברים המשרד לאיכות הסביבה, נציבות המים ועיריית חיפה.
(ג)תוקף מינוי חברי ההנהלה יהיה לשלוש שנים.
