16. התכנסות וסדרי עבודה
(א)המועצה תתכנס פעמיים בשנה לפחות.
(ב)המועצה תקבע את סדרי עבודתה ועבודת ההנהלה ככל שלא נקבעו בחוק ובצו זה.
