3. תחום רשות הנחל
תחומה של רשות הנחל הוא:
(1)אפיק נחל הירקון וגדותיו שבתחום 20 מטרים מקצה דופן האפיק בכל צד;
(2)איזור מעיינות הירקון המסומן בקו כחול במפה;
(3)יובל נחל הירקון – נחל קנה – בקטע שבין החיבור עם נחל הדס לבין נחל הירקון, המסומן בקו כחול במפה.
