Section 2 of צו סדר הדין הפלילי (עבירות קנס – גנים לאומיים ושמורות טבע ואתרי לאום), התשמ״ט–1989, שיעור הקנס.
2. שיעור הקנס
(א)שיעור הקנס לעבירה כאמור בסעיף 1 הוא כפי דרגת הקנס שנקבעה לצידה בתוספת לעבירה ראשונה, וכפל הקנס כאמור לעבירה חוזרת או נוספת.
(ב)בצו זה –
דרגת הקנס
”א“ – סכום הקנס בשקלים חדשים הקבוע לגבי עבירה ראשונה בסעיף 221(ב) לחוק, בשיעורו המעודכן מזמן לזמן;
”ב“ – מחצית הסכום הקבוע לדרגת קנס ”א“.
(ג)בחישוב דרגת הקנס כאמור בסעיף קטן (ב) יעוגלו הסכומים כלפי מטה לשקל החדש השלם הקרוב.
