6. הקמה – על פי התכניות
בעל זכיון יקים את תחנת השידור בהתאם לתכנית ההנדסית, ולענין פריסת רשת כבלים – גם בהתאם לתכניות המפורטות שאישר המנהל; סטיה או חריגה מן התכניות כאמור טעונה אישור מראש ובכתב של המנהל.
