7. חוות דעת של חשב הכנסת וסמכות לקבל מידע
חשב הכנסת יגיש לוועדה הציבורית חוות דעת בנוגע לבקשה; החשב וכן הוועדה הציבורית רשאים לבקש ממפלגה הבהרות ומסמכים נוספים לצורך בחינת הבקשה.
