15. ביטול בחירת חבר המועצה
רשות מקומית רשאית לבטל את בחירת נציגה במועצה ולבחור אחר במקומו; לביטול ולבחירה כאמור יהיה תוקף מיום מתן הודעה בכתב ליושב ראש המועצה.
