37. התחייבות האיגוד
חוזה, כתב התחייבות או תעודה אחרת יחייבו את האיגוד –
(1)כשיש בהם התחייבות כספית מטעם האיגוד, אם נחתמו על ידי יושב ראש המועצה וגזבר האיגוד;
(2)כשאין בהם התחייבות כספית כאמור, אם נחתמו על ידי יושב ראש המועצה ומזכיר האיגוד.
