11. התפטרות חבר המועצה
חבר המועצה רשאי להתפטר מתפקידו על ידי מתן הודעה בכתב לראש הרשות המקומית שבחרה בו עם העתק ליושב ראש המועצה; להתפטרות יהיה תוקף מיום מתן ההודעה לראש הרשות המקומית.
