40. ועדת הצעות ומכרזים
למועצה תהא ועדת הצעות ומכרזים קבועה (להלן – ועדת הצעות ומכרזים) שתפקידה לבדוק הצעות מחירים המוגשות למועצה ולחוות דעתה עליהן.
