7. תקופת כהונתה של המועצה
(א)תקופת כהונתה של המועצה תהא ארבע שנים.
(ב)מועצה קיימת תמשיך בתפקידה, אף אם תמה תקופת כהונתה לפי סעיף קטן (א), כל עוד לא נכנסה לתפקידה מועצה חדשה.
