37. העברת חוזים לאיגוד
חוזה שנעשה, לפני פרסום צו זה ברשומות, על ידי רשות מקומית בקשר לענינים שהם מתפקידי האיגוד, יראו כאילו נעשה על ידי האיגוד, אם המועצה החליטה על כך והצדדים לחוזה הסכימו לכך; במקרה זה יראו בכל מקום בחוזה האמור שמדובר ברשות המקומית כאילו מדובר באיגוד.
