28. בחירת ועדות
המועצה רשאית לבחור – אם מבין חבריה ואם מבין עובדי האיגוד ואם מבין אנשים מתאימים אחרים – ועדות קבועות או ארעיות שתפקידן לטפל בענינים או במקרים מסויימים, ככל שתטיל עליהן המועצה.
