50. המצאת ידיעות לרואה חשבון
רואה חשבון כאמור בסעיף 47 רשאי לדרוש בכל עת מאת המועצה להמציא לו ידיעות, פרטים, הסברים, חומר סטטיסטי וכל חומר אחר בקשר לעניני המועצה ועל יושב ראש המועצה למלא אחרי הדרישה תוך זמן סביר.
