1ד. טיפול בהסכמת הרשויות המקומיות
האיגוד רשאי במסגרת סמכויותיו בחלק מהרשויות המקומיות באיגוד, לטפל, בהתאם להחלטת המועצה, גם בנושאים נוספים הקשורים בחינוך על־יסודי, בכפוף לקבלת הסכמה מהרשות המקומית שבתחומה נעשות הפעולות ובאישור שר הפנים או מי שהוא הסמיכו לכך.
