25. מילוי מקום היושב ראש וסגנו
(א)נבצר מיושב ראש המועצה לפעול, ימלא את מקומו סגן היושב ראש.
(ב)נבצר מסגן היושב ראש למלא את מקומו של יושב ראש המועצה – ימלא את מקומו נציג של עיריית מזכרת בתיה במועצה.
