30. מינוי ועדות והרכבן
המועצה רשאית למנות – מבין חבריה, מבין עובדי האיגוד או מבין אנשים מתאימים אחרים – ועדות קבועות או ארעיות שתפקידן לטפל בענינים או במקרים מסוימים, ככל שתטיל עליהן המועצה, ובלבד שמחצית מחברי הועדה יהיו חברי המועצה.
