36. ביצוע באמצעות אחרים
האיגוד יהא רשאי לבצע את תפקידיו כאמור בסעיף 4 באמצעות שלוחים, קבלני משנה ואחרים שייבחרו על ידי האיגוד בהחלטת מועצה.
