8. תקופת כהונתה של המועצה
(א)תקופת כהונתה של המועצה היא 5 שנים.
(ב)מועצה תמשיך בתפקידה, אף אם תמה תקופת כהונתה לפי סעיף קטן (א), כל עוד לא נכנסה לתפקידה מועצה חדשה.
