52. המצאת ידיעות לרואה החשבון
רואה חשבון כאמור בסעיף 49 רשאי, בכל עת, לדרוש מאת המועצה להמציא לו ידיעות, פרטים, הסברים, חומר סטטיסטי וכל חומר אחר בקשר לעניני האיגוד, ועל יושב ראש המועצה למלא אחרי הדרישה תוך זמן סביר.
