19. ביטול מינוי חבר המועצה
רשות מקומית רשאית לבטל בכל עת את מינוי נציגה במועצה ולמנות אחר במקומו; בכפוף לאמור בסעיף 18 כל עוד לא נתמנה נציג חדש יוסיף הנציג הקודם לכהן בתפקידו; על כל מינוי וביטול מינוי תודיע הרשות המקומית בכתב ליושב ראש המועצה.
