12. ביטול בחירת חבר מועצה
רשות מקומית רשאית לבטל את בחירת נציגה במועצה ולבחור באחר במקומו ובלבד שתודיע על כך, בכתב, ליושב ראש המועצה. לביטול כאמור יהיה תוקף מיום החלטתה של הרשות המקומית על כך.
