27. עוברים
(א)האיגוד רשאי –
(1)להעסיק עובדים ולקבוע את תפקידיהם וסמכויותיהם;
(2)לקבוע, באישור השר, את משכורתם, שכרם ושאר תנאי עבודתם;
(3)להפסיק, מסיבה מספקת, את עבודתם ולפטרם על פי החלטה של רוב חברי המועצה.
(ב)גזבר עיריית באר שבע יכהן כגזבר האיגוד.
(ג)מהנדס עיריית באר שבע יכהן כמהנדס האיגוד.
