34. מחיקת חובות
כל סכום המגיע לאיגוד שחל בתשלומו פיגור של לא פחות משלוש שנים והוא נראה כחוב אבוד, רשאית המועצה, באישור הממונה, לוותר עליו ולמחקו מהפנקסים; בכל מקרה אחר טעונה החלטת המועצה אישורו של השר, ובלבד שיהיה סבור שהדבר הוא לטובת הציבור.
