37. התחייבות האיגוד
חוזה, כתב התחייבות, המחאה, פקודת תשלום או כל תעודה אחרת לא יחייבו את האיגוד אלא אם כן נחתמו בידי יושב ראש המועצה או סגן יושב ראש המועצה ובידי הגזבר.
