עם פירוקו של האיגוד ייעשו תיאום החשבונות, הקניית הרכוש, הטלת החובות, וחלוקת ההתחייבויות בין הרשויות המקומיות בהתאם לחלקן היחסי בצריכת המים כפי שיהיה בעת הפירוק ובהתאם להוראות כל דין.
