26. ועדה מקצועית מיוחדת
(א)ליד מועצת האיגוד תפעל ועדה מקצועית מיוחדת בלתי תלויה בראשות מנהל היחידה האזורית לאיכות הסביבה של המשרד לאיכות הסביבה או מי שימונה בידו והחברים בה יהיו: נציג המועצה האזורית דרום השרון, מתכנן מיתקני הביוב, מנהל מיתקן הטיפול ומומחים נוספים לפי הצורך, לפי שיקול דעת חברי הועדה.
(ב)הועדה תלווה ותנחה מקצועית את מועצת האיגוד ותכריע בנושאים המנויים בסעיף 25.
