42. העברת חוזים לאיגוד
חוזה שעשתה רשות מקומית לפני שהשתייכה לאיגוד בקשר לענינים הנתונים במסגרת תפקידי האיגוד, יראו אותו כאילו נעשתה בידי האיגוד, ובכל מקום בחוזה שבו מדובר ב”רשות מקומית“ – כאילו מדובר ב”איגוד“, ובלבד שהמועצה אישרה זאת והצדדים לחוזה הסכימו לכך.
