53. התחייבות האיגוד
חוזה, כתב התחייבות או תעודה אחרת לא יחייבו את האיגוד –
(1)כשיש בהם התחייבות כספית מטעם האיגוד, אלא אם כן נחתמו ביד יושב ראש המועצה וגזבר האיגוד; בהעדר יושב ראש המועצה – בידי סגן היושב ראש ובהעדר הגזבר – ביד חבר מועצה או עובד מועצה שמינתה המועצה למלא את מקומו של הגזבר;
(2)כשאין בהם התחייבות כספית כאמור, אלא אם כן נחתמו בידי יושב ראש מועצת האיגוד ומזכיר האיגוד.
