1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”בקשה לאישור“ – בקשה לאישור תובענה ייצוגית כהגדרתה בסעיף 5(א) לחוק;
”בקשה לסיוע“ – בקשה למתן סיוע במימון בקשה לאישור ותובענות ייצוגיות;
”ההנהלה“ – הנהלת הקרן שמינה השר לפי סעיף 27(ב) לחוק;
”הקרן“ – הקרן למימון תובענות ייצוגיות שהוקמה לפי סעיף 27(א) לחוק.
