1. תנאים להפסקת חברות
אדם שנתקבל להגא כמתנדב (להלן – המתנדב) רשאי להפסיק את חברותו בהגא, אם נתקיים בו אחד מתנאים אלה:
(1)נמצא מנוע משירות בהגא מטעמי בריאות, ומילא אחרי ההוראות שבתקנה 2(1);
(2)נמצא מנוע משירות בהגא מטעמים אישיים או מטעמי משפחה וכיוצא באלה, ומילא אחרי ההוראות שבתקנה 2(2);
(3)תמה לפחות תקופה של 12 חודש מאז נתקבל להגא, ומילא אחרי ההוראות שבתקנה 2(3).
