2. התנהגות במקום ציבורי
תיקון: תשמ״ו
משנשמע אות אזעקה, או בשעת התקפה, או אם ניתנה הוראה מטעם חבר הג״א בתפקיד, חייב כל אדם שאינו בתפקיד הגא הנמצא במקום ציבורי, להיכנס מיד למקלט הקרוב ביותר למקום הימצאו, ובאין מקלט בקרבתו – לכל בנין המצוי בקרבתו, ולא לצאת מהמקלט או מהבנין כל עוד לא ניתן אות ארגעה או הוראה מטעם חבר הגא בתפקיד.
