1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”מיתקנים נוספים“ – צופרים, מיתקני קשר ומיתקני כוח שראש הגא מוסמך להתקינם במקרקעין ולהפעילם לצרכי ההתגוננות האזרחית;
”מיתקנים קיימים“ – מיתקני קשר או מיתקני כוח הקיימים במקרקעין, שראש הגא מוסמך להשתמש בהם לצרכי ההתגוננות האזרחית;
”ראש הגא“ – לרבות מי שהוסמך לכך על ידיו בכתב.
