6. מסירת פרטים
ראש הגא רשאי לדרוש מכל אדם שימסור לו פרטים על המקרקעין שבהם הוא מחזיק, או על כל חלק מהם, או על המיתקנים הקיימים שהוא משתמש או זכאי להשתמש בהם, אם ראש הגא סבור שבפרטים כאמור יש כדי לסייע לאיתור המקום המתאים ביותר להתקנת המיתקנים הנוספים או כדי לאפשר את השימוש במיתקנים קיימים.
