11. אגרות
תיקון: [הודעות]
(א)בעד מתן אישור תשולם אגרה של 150 שקלים חדשים (נכון לפברואר 2012; החל מבפרואר 2013, 152 ש״ח).
(ב)בעד חידוש אישור תשולם אגרה של 70 שקלים חדשים (נכון לפברואר 2012; החל מבפרואר 2013, 71 ש״ח).
(ג)בית עסק שבשליטתו או בניהולו יותר מעשרה סניפים בעלי אישור, ישלם מחצית האגרה בעבור חידוש אישור לכל סניף נוסף.
(ד)חל שינוי בשיעורי האגרה כאמור, תפורסם על כך הודעה ברשומות ובאתר האינטרנט של המשרד.
