2. דרכי מסירת האזהרה
האזהרה תימסר למוזהר עצמו בעת הימצאו במחלקה לשירותים חברתיים או במקום המספק שירותי רווחה, ואם הדבר אינו אפשרי – תישלח האזהרה בדואר רשום למוזהר למען הידוע ככתובת מגוריו.
