12. סמכויות חבר הגא או שוטר
(א)כלי רכב שלא נתקיימה בו הוראה מהוראות תקנות 6 עד 11 רשאי חבר הגא בתפקיד או שוטר להורות לנוהג בכלי הרכב או לאחראי לו להפסיק את הנסיעה בכלי הרכב ורשאי הוא – אם יראה צורך בכך – להעבירו למוסך קרוב או למקום משתמר אחר.
(ב)הוראה זו אינה גורעת מאחריותו של נוהג כלי הרכב לפי כל תקנה אחרת.
