12. איסור העברת ערכת מגן
מי שקיבל ערכת מגן לפי תקנות אלה לא יעבירה לאחר, בין בתמורה ובין שלא בתמורה, שלא על פי תקנות אלה, אלא אם כן קיבל אישור בכתב לכך מאת הרשות הממונה.
