14. מרשם ערכות מגן
הרשות הממונה תנהל מרשם של מקבלי ערכות מגן שבו יפורטו שמו ומענו של כל מי שקיבל לידיו, בין בעצמו ובין על ידי אחר, ערכת מגן; הרישום יכלול פרטים שונים, לרבות מספר ערכות המגן שבהחזקת כל אדם, שמות התלויים בו וכן פרטים נוספים הכרוכים בביצוע תקנות אלה.
