1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”בקשה“ – בקשה לבית המשפט למתן צו;
”חוק זכויות נפגעי עבירה“ – חוק זכויות נפגעי עבירה, התשס״א–2001;
”חוק שחרור על־תנאי ממאסר“ – חוק שחרור על־תנאי ממאסר, התשס״א–2001;
”משיב“ – עבריין המין שלגביו הוגשה הבקשה למתן צו;
”צו“ – צו המגביל חזרת עבריין מין לסביבת נפגע העבירה לפי סעיף 3(א) לחוק;
”תקנות סדר הדין האזרחי“ – תקנות סדר הדין האזרחי, התשמ״ד–1984.
