8. ערר על החלטת בית המשפט
ערר לפי סעיף 7(ד) לחוק על החלטת בית המשפט יוגש לא יאוחר משלושים ימים מיום מתן ההחלטה; בית המשפט יקיים את הדיון בערר במועד שאינו מאוחר מארבעה עשר ימים מיום הגשתו, זולת אם מצא שיש מקום לקיים את הדיון במועד מאוחר יותר, מטעמים שיירשמו.
