3. רשיון להפעלת תכשיר
תיקון: תשל״ב, תשל״ה, תשל״ז, תשל״ט, [הודעות]
(א)לא יפעיל אדם תכשיר ללא רשיון הפעלה מאת המנהל.
(ב)בעד מתן רשיון תשולם אגרה של 47 שקלים חדשים (מעודכן ליולי 2026).
(ג)תקנת משנה (א) לא תחול על המחזיק ברשיון בר תוקף להפעלת תכשיר פרתיון ועל המפעיל תכשיר כעוזר של מחזיק ברשיון ובנוכחותו.
