8. הגבלות להפעלת תכשיר מן הקרקע
(א)לא יפעיל אדם תכשיר בדרך של ריסוס מן הקרקע, ולא יסייע לריסוס כאמור, ברדיוס של חמישים מטר מכל אחד מהמקומות המצויינים בתקנה 7(א).
(ב)לא יפעיל אדם תכשיר בדרך של ריסוס מן הקרקע באמצעות מרסס מפוח, כשמוצא הנוזל מופנה כלפי מעלה.
