7. איסורים
(א)לא יפזר אדם פתיונות אלא בהתאם לאמור בתקנות אלה.
(ב)לא יפזר אדם פתיונות במקומות המשמשים מעבר לבני אדם.
(ג)לא יערים אדם פתיונות בערמות אלא על פי היתר בכתב מאת המנהל.
(ד)פתיונות גרעינים יהיו צבועים בצבע תכלת בהיר כאזהרה.
