1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”חומר טכני“ – פלואורואצטאמיד – חומר פעיל לרבות תרכיז מתחלב;
”פתיון חיטה“ – חיטה מורעלת בחומר טכני;
”פתיון בשר“ – אפרוח מורעל בחומר טכני;
”יצרן“ – כמשמעותו בתקנות הגנת הצומח (הסדר מכירת תכשירים כימיים), תשי״ז–1957.
